She has credentials from the international coaching federation(ICF) and specializes in Corporate/Organizational and Personal Development.

She has 20+ years of multicultural experience in global and regional roles in many different industries that include manufacturing, financial services, retail and  FMCG and has worked in different HR Development senior roles, countries and cultures such as USA, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Anna Mamalaki provides advisory services, mentoring and coaching for the transformation of a business culture. She is globally recognized as one of the global experts in the field of employee experience(“101 Global Employee Engagement Influencers” list of 2018), people development, talent management and organizational development. She has been responsible for these functions for multinational companies with an overview global role.

She has undertaken assignments in Europe, N. America, Middle East and the UK working with a wide range of companies, engaging at Board as well as at the base of each company and driving both strategic change and supporting its real deployment. In addition to management of change projects, Anna is an executive coach to senior executives in international businesses covering all aspects of business culture, talent management, and employee experience.
